Reimbursement for Fitness Center Memberships & Classes

Support for you and your family's fitness goals.

Key supports health and fitness by offering reimbursement for gym memberships, classes, personal trainers and indoor fitness equipment for all eligible employees.


This program reimburses eligible employees up to $300 a year for covered expenses, including an individual employee or family fitness center membership, as well as fitness classes, indoor fitness equipment and personal trainer services for an individual employee.

Reimbursable expenses in this program include:

  • Fitness Center, Health Club or Fitness Studio Membership, including community recreation centers
  • Fitness Coaching & Personal Training Services for employee only
  • Fitness Classes (in-person or virtual) for employee only
  • Indoor Fitness Equipment for eligible items
