Primary Steps in the Recruiting Process

Key's hiring process varies in length based on position. Our goal is to make the application and interview experience as simple as possible for you.

Apply

Once you've found a role that fits your skills and experience on our jobs search page, just click "Apply Now" and complete the employment application. If your skills and experience are a good match for the role, you may receive a call or an email from one of our recruiters asking to set up a phone screen.

Screen/Interview

A phone screen allows you and the recruiter an opportunity to get to know each other and ask each other questions to determine if the role you applied for might be a good fit for you. If it is determined that your qualifications meet the needs of the role, a recruiter will follow up with you after the phone screen to set up an interview with the hiring manger and possibly other stakeholders who are a part of the hiring process for the role.

Decide

After your interviews are complete, members of our leadership team will review all successful applications. If you are selected for hire by the hiring manager, the recruiter will reach out to discuss background check next steps and the offer.
