The proposed Project is the new construction of a 336‐unit garden style (walk up) apartment project that will be located on 17.6 acres of vacant land in San Marcos, TX., which is a community on the south side of the Austin-Round Rock CBSA. The Subject’s construction is expected to take a total of 24 months, with completion in June 2022. The Project will consist of twelve 3-story apartment buildings, a 1-story clubhouse/leasing office, a pool with an equipment room, and two detached garage clusters, each containing 16 spaces. The unit mix is 36 (11%) one-bedroom, 144 (43%) two bedrooms, 132 (39%) three-bedrooms and 24 (7%) four-bedroom garden style units. $43,502,000 of private activity bonds were issued by the Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation.
