KeyBanc Capital Markets (“KBCM”) acted as Joint Bookrunner on Cedar Fair, L.P.’s (“Cedar Fair” or the “Company”) $300 million Senior Notes (the “Notes”) offering, proceeds from which will be used to bolster the Company’s liquidity.
