Rodd Langenhagen joined KeyBanc Capital Markets through its acquisition of Pacific Crest Securities, which he joined in 2012. Rodd is a leader on the firm’s software investment banking team, where he specializes in applications, business intelligence and security software. He has nearly 20 years of experience in banking, covering the software, services and internet fields. Immediately prior to Pacific Crest, Rodd was a managing director at Morgan Keegan Technology Group, formerly Revolution Partners, which followed his tenure as a senior banker at Broadview International. He has advised on dozens of transactions for public and private companies, both domestic and abroad, including buy-side acquisitions, strategic sales, recapitalizations, financings, and divestitures and joint ventures with such firms as GE, Microsoft, Oracle, Progress Software and Software AG. Rodd had prior operating experience in manufacturing systems integration and product management at an Internet startup. He holds an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and earned a BSE in engineering, magna cum laude, from Princeton University.
