Account Information

From the Account Information section, you can view your intraday report summary, detail, and transactions for the current day. View previous day summary, detail, and transactions for the previous 30 days. From here, you can also search transactions or initiate book transfers.

Homepage & Navigation Menu

The mobile site's homepage consists of its navigation menu. From the Account Information menu item, you can select one of the following: Intraday Report, Previous Day Report, Search Transactions, or schedule an Account Transfer.

Intraday Summary

From the Intraday Summary page you can view the summary, detail, and transactions for the current day only.

Select a specific account to view the account's intraday detail.

Previous Day Summary

From the Previous Day Summary page, you can view the summary, detail, and transactions for the previous 30 days.

Select a specific account to view the account's previous day detail.

Search Transactions

From the Search Transactions page, you and search transactions by date, transaction type, accounts or amount range.

Upon executing search, you can save your search parameters by selecting the Save Search button.

Account Transfer

From Account Transfer page, you can initiate a transfer by first selecting your accounts in the Transfer FROM and Transfer TO dropdowns.

Enter the transfer amount in the Amount field

If you wish, you can enter a memo in the Memo (optional) field.

Select Continue to complete the transfer and view the confirmation screen.

Positive Pay

From the Positive Pay section, you can view a list of same day and next day items, as well as review secondary authorization items for both. Take action on items by authorizing or stopping payments until the cut-off time. Item details include check images.

From the Positive Pay page for Same Day Items, you can view a list of same day Items to authorize.

For secondary authorization of same day items, you can access your items to authorize by selecting Same Day Positive Pay Secondary Authorization from the navigation menu on the homepage. A Positive Pay page for Same Day Items will be displayed. From here you can view your Items to Authorize.

Select the Edit button to display your action options: Authorize Pay or Stop Item.

From the Positive Pay page for Next Day Items, you can view a list of next day items to authorize.

For secondary authorization of next day items, you can access your items to authorize by selecting Next Day Positive Pay Secondary Authorization from the navigation menu on the homepage. A Positive Pay page for Next Day Items will be displayed. From here you can view your Items to Authorize.

ACH

From the ACH section, you can approve and release batches available on the batch list, batch detail, batch transaction list, and transactions detail screens.

All credit products are subject to credit approval.

Select Approve ACH Payment from the navigation menu on the homepage to view items to take action on.

Self Service

From the Self Service section, you can approve items that appear in your maintenance queue. Also available is a User List that displays each user's company contact information and allows you to reset users' passwords if needed.

Select a user to review his / her contact information.
