Summary

500 Main Street in New Rochelle, New York is currently improved with three buildings scheduled for demolition. When completed, the new 26-story development will contain 357 market rate apartments, 119 apartments reserved for low income tenants, 2,635 square feet of grade-level retail, 430 parking spaces and 30,541 square feet of community facility space. The affordable housing residential units will be for tenants earning between 50%-60% of AMI.
