On December 22, 2020 KeyBanc Capital Markets (“KBCM”) advised Kohlberg & Company, LLC (“Kohlberg”) on the successful acquisition of Area Wide Protective (“the Company” or “AWP”). KBCM’s Industrial & Business Services team was selected to serve as Kohlberg’s Buy-Side Advisor based on its strong knowledge of AWP’s business and industry and KBCM’s strong institutional relationship.
