Zanesville Lofts includes the substantial rehabilitation of existing LIHTC, age-restricted, affordable units located in Zanesville, OH. The project consists of one midrise building containing 20 units and will be rehabilitated using Low-Income Housing Tax Credit financing targeting households with incomes of 50% and 60% of AMI. Ohio Housing Finance Agency will be the Bond Issuer. Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing will be the LIHTC Investor.
