Summary
On May 31, 2022, KeyBanc Capital Markets served as Co-Manager on a $445 million Asset Backed Securitization of upstream producing natural gas and oil Appalachia assets for Diversified Energy Company PLC (DEC). Proceeds will be used to repay all outstanding borrowings under DEC's revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
