KeyBanc Capital Markets completed the sale of The PendaForm Company , a portfolio company of Resilience Capital Partners and Littlejohn & Co. LLC , to TriEnda Holdings, LLC. KBCM was engaged to serve as the exclusive sell-side advisor for PendaForm based on our industry knowledge, proven sponsor sell-side capabilities and relationships with both Resilience and Littlejohn.
KeyBanc Capital Markets advised on the successful sale of Eemax, Inc., a portfolio company of The Riverside Company, to Rheem Manufacturing Company.
KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as Joint Lead Arranger and Joint Bookrunner on Senior Secured Credit Facilities in the acquisition of Plaskolite, Inc. by Charlesbank Capital Partners. We also served as Exclusive Buy-Side Advisor to Charlesbank.
