Our efforts are being noticed, as Key recently received top marks from two leading organizations that rank online services offered by banks.

Corporate Insight's Bank Monitor and Compuware Gomez commended Key for delivering outstanding Web and mobile banking services to our clients.

Specifically, Key received four awards from Corporate Insights'  BankMonitor,  the premier source of online banking capability and customer-experience reviews. Bank Monitor cited Key for service excellence for:

  • Online bill pay
  • Online account opening
  • Alerts
  • Fund transfers

The industry honors from Bank Monitor and Compuware Gomez mark the latest in a string of service awards that Key has received.

Recently, J.D. Power and Associates ranked Key in the top five among the top 24 U.S. banks in its 2011 Small Business Banking Satisfaction Study. Earlier this year, Key was recognized by Greenwich Associates' 2011 national banking survey. In December 2011, Key exceeded the retail banking average on the ACSI 2011 customer satisfaction survey.
