From now on, when your visit our mortgage servicing page, you’ll notice a difference, but there’s nothing to worry about. You’ve come to the right place. Only the look has changed.
You’ll still log in using the same User ID and password. You’ll still be able to make payments, manage your loan, and view your mortgage history. The only thing different is what you’ll see.
Just enter your log-in credentials as you normally would.
The servicing for your loan has not been transferred to another institution. This is only a new log-in page that takes you out of KeyBank’s Digital Banking to the site of the current servicer of your loan, PHH. You will no longer see the KeyBank log on screen, but will use the PHH log on screen.
