Get real time account information on your phone by sending a text to MYKEY (69539). It's that simple. For example, text BAL to MYKEY and receive a text with your account balance.

Download a wallet card for a listing of all text commands.

Message and Data rates may apply. For help on how to use Mobile Text Banking, text message “HELP” to MYKEY (69539), or contact us at 800-KEY2YOU (800-539-2968). To cancel the Text Messages service, send the text message “STOP” to MYKEY (69539). Our participating carriers include (but are not limited to) Alltel, AT&T, SprintPCS, T-Mobile®, U.S. Cellular®, and Verizon Wireless.

If you're an Online Banking customer, follow these steps:

  • Sign On to your account
  • Click on the Self Service tab
  • Under Alerts, click on Mobile Settings
  • Click on Sign up for Mobile Alerts and Text Messaging
  • Follow the prompts to complete the sign up process


Not an Online Banking customer?

Call 866-798-4109 to sign up for Text Banking. When you call, please have your mobile device with you. A representative will:

  • Verify your identity
  • Select the account(s) you want to sign up for Text Banking
  • Give you an activation code to text in for device verification
