Enabling JavaScript on Popular Browsers

Internet Explorer®

Applicable for most Internet Explorer versions - visit http://support.microsoft.com for more information

  1. On the menu bar click on Tools then Internet Options
  2. From Internet Options select the Security tab
  3. Click Custom Level
  4. Scroll down to Scripting and make sure Active Scripting is set to /Enable
  5. Click OK
  6. Click Yes or OK when asked Are you sure you wish to change the security settings for this zone?
  7. Click OK on the Internet Properties window
  8. Close all open Internet Explorer browser windows and then relaunch Internet Explorer

Firefox®

Applicable for most Firefox versions - visit support.mozilla.org/en-US/home for more information

  1. On the menu bar click on Tools then Options
  2. From Options select Content
  3. Make sure that Enable JavaScript has been checked
  4. Click OK on the Options window
  5. Close all open Firefox browser windows and then relaunch Firefox

Safari®

Applicable for most Safari versions - visit www.apple.com/support/safari/ for more information

  1. On the menu bar click on Edit then Preferences
  2. From Preferences select Security
  3. Make sure that Enable JavaScript has been checked
  4. Close the Preferences window
  5. Close all open Safari browser windows and then relaunch Safari

Chrome™

Applicable for most Chrome versions - visit https://support.google.com/chrome/ for more information

  1. On the menu bar click on Customize (wrench icon) then Options
  2. From the Google Chrome Options panel select Under the Hood
  3. Select Content settings...
  4. Select JavaScript from Features list
  5. Make sure that Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) has been checked
  6. Close the Preferences windows
  7. Close all open Safari browser windows and then relaunch Safari
