Please prepare by printing or saving any report or information that you will need for your 2016 tax preparation, as this feature will not be available once your accounts are moved to our new digital banking experience.

Microsoft Money Download

Since Microsoft Money is no longer being supported by Microsoft, this service will not be supported in the new system, so please plan to download to CSV (Excel) and then import the data if you will be continuing to use Microsoft Money. (Quicken and QuickBooks downloads will continue to be available.)

myControl Banking®

Please prepare by setting up account alerts within your KeyBank Online Banking Account so you are notified when your balance changes and continue to monitor your account within online banking. Any auto-transfers that have been scheduled between accounts will continue, but transfers between goals will no longer exist.

Credit Card Autopay

To set up auto payments to your Credit Card Account, please call 1-800-KEY2YOU® (539-2968) or visit your local branch.

Request a Check Copy

You will be able to view digital check images from the past 18 months in online banking. If you need a copy of a check older than 18 months, you will need to call 1-800-KEY2YOU® (539-2968) or visit your local branch.

Renegotiate CDs

We’ve listened to your feedback and are making your everyday banking activities easier than ever. Here are a few frequently asked questions to help ensure you have a better digital banking experience.

How is the new digital experience different from today’s online banking?
In addition to improved performance and flexibility, the new digital banking web and mobile experiences are significantly redesigned. The new experience is intuitive, personalized and easier to use. Plus, our web experience extends into our new mobile app, leveraging a similar look and feel along with new features and functionality such as PIN-based login, Touch ID and QuickView.
Will I have access to the new digital banking experience as a First Niagara customer?
Current clients of First Niagara will have access to the new digital banking web and mobile experience beginning October 10, 2016.
How do I make payments to KeyBank accounts?
Loans, lines of credit, and credit cards accounts will prominently display the current balance, minimum due and statement balance. Select the “Make Payment” button to quickly make a payment.
How do I make a transfer?
Select ‘Transfer Funds’ to move money to and from your account. All eligible accounts will automatically display and show the last amount you transferred making the process easy and intuitive.

Once logged into the KeyBank mobile app, tap on the red “+” icon at the bottom of almost any screen. From the icons that appear, select “Transfer Funds” button. Follow the prompts to transfer your funds.
How do I pay a bill?
Once logged into key.com Online Banking, select the account you want to use to pay the bill. Select the “Pay Bills” button and follow the prompts to submit your payment.

Once logged into the KeyBank mobile app, tap on the red “+” icon at the bottom of almost any screen. From the icons that appear, choose the “Bill Pay” button. Follow the prompts to submit your payment.
How can I cancel or edit a scheduled payment?
Go to the account from which you are paying or scheduling the bill. In the “My Scheduled Payments & Transfers” section, click on the transaction to edit or cancel.
How do I transfer money?
Once logged into key.com Online Banking, select the account you want to use to transfer to or from and select “Transfer Money.” Follow the prompts to transfer your funds.

Once logged into the KeyBank mobile app, tap the red “+” icon. From the icons that appear, choose the “Transfer” button. Follow the prompts to transfer your funds.
How can I pay multiple bills?
Select “Pay a Bill.” Click the red text link “Pay multiple bills” under “Who would you like to pay.” Clicking that link will take you to tools for paying multiple payees. (This function is not currently available on the mobile app.)
How do I manage payees?
Once logged into key.com Online Banking, select “Pay a Bill.” Click the button “Manage Payees” below the list of payees. Clicking that button will take you through the process of managing payees.

Once logged into the KeyBank mobile app, click the red “+” icon at the bottom of almost any screen, and select the “Payees” option. This will show you a list of all your current payees, which will allow you to edit or remove any existing payees, as well as add new payees.
How can I access the old features in Bill Pay?
The previous Bill Pay system is still available by selecting “Pay Multiple Bills” or “Advanced Options” available via the Manage Payees process.
Can I see pending transactions for my credit card?
Yes, your credit card account displays real-time transactions, including authorized (pending) transactions.
How do I sign up for alerts?
Go into any account for which you would like to set up your alerts, and click on the “More” button at the top of the screen. From here, you’ll see an option to “Manage Alerts.” If you’ve never received alerts for this or any other accounts, the system will walk you through the set-up process.
Can I change the order of my displayed accounts?
Not at this time.
How do I redeem KeyBank Relationship Rewards® points?
Simply click on the KeyBank Relationship Rewards® Account button that displays your points and it will link you to the KeyBank Relationship Rewards® Site to redeem them.
How do I view statements or download tax forms?
To access account statements, select the account and click on “Statements” from the red buttons at the top of the screen. You’ll also see buttons for “Tax Forms” and “Other Documents.”
Do the balances I see reflect pending transactions and/or recent payments?
Yes, balances are in real-time.
How do I dispute a transaction?
Contact KeyBank at 800-KEY2YOU® (539-2968) to dispute a transaction.
