When you sign up for state benefits and ask that they be paid on a prepaid debit card, KeyBank will send you a Key2Benefits debit Mastercard.® First, call the number on the back to activate the card. Then you’ll be able to use your card information and PIN to access this website and the money on the card.

Notice to Indiana Department of Workforce Development Cardholders
The Indiana Department of Workforce Development is changing its prepaid debit card to the U.S. Bank ReliaCard.© ReliaCard is available beginning April 20, 2024, for new claimants. If you are currently being funded on a Key2Benefits card, please be on the lookout in the next few weeks for a letter coming via USPS mail that details the transition plan. No change is being made to direct deposit.
