The Key2Benefits website (Key2Benefits.com) has been updated. If you registered your card prior to October 19, 2021, you will have to re-register and create a new USER ID. All previous transaction history and account settings, such as real-time alerts, will be moved to your new account after registration.

Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.

Visit dol.ny.gov/report-fraud and select Report Fraud to NYS DOL.
You will then be asked to provide additional information about this situation.
