Qualifying transactions exclude adjustments, advances, reversals, refunds, account to account transfers, person to person transfers, interest, service charges, service fees, or are non recurring in nature (e.g. IRS tax refunds). Deposits made through a teller, ATM, or the KeyBank mobile app are ineligible direct deposits. Employees of KeyBank, its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible for this offer.
