If you need access to a KeyNavigator module that requires additional permissions for security purposes, you can gain them by contacting KeyNavigator support at 1-800-539-9039.
Permissions are granted for individual users, rather than at the company level. Once you pass verification for any module, you will be granted access to all the modules that require additional permissions, including Self Service, Wires, ACH, and File Transfer.
