Joseph Maslowski joined KeyBank in 2009 as the Manager of Key Private Bank. In this position, Joseph leads Key Private Bank’s efforts in Colorado. Key Private Bank provides clients with comprehensive, integrated investment, trust, banking and planning solutions.
With a background in serving high net worth individuals and families, Joseph joined KeyBank from Park City, UT where he served as Senior Investment Advisor for JPMorgan. Joseph is also an attorney with expertise in tax issues and worked with Anderson & Jahde, P.C. in Colorado.
Joseph received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisonsin-Madision, his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School and an LLM in Taxation from the University of Denver.
Jim Hoffman is the Regional Sales Executive of KeyBank N.A.'s West Ohio / Michigan Region and Toledo Market President. He oversees Key’s Community Bank franchise and is responsible for growing the client base in Business Banking, Key Private Bank and Commercial Banking businesses. He also partners with the sales managers of Key Community Development Bank, Key Investment Services, KeyBank Mortgage and Key’s Wealth Management Group to ensure the seamless delivery of services to clients throughout the region.
Jim joined the former Toledo Trust Company in 1972 as a commercial loan officer and has extensive retail, commercial banking, and wealth management experience. He served as president and CEO of the Northwest Ohio Bank of Wood County. He also served as president of Trustcorp of Indiana, executive vice president of Trustcorp, Inc., and chairman, president and CEO for Society Bank & Trust.
Jim is a native of Fremont, Ohio and attended the University of Toledo, where he earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration.
Jim has been involved in many leadership roles with non-profit organizations throughout his career. He was the chairman of the LEAD Campaign to raise $10 million to privately fund the Regional Growth Partnership. He is chairman of the Toledo Zoo Capital Campaign. Jim is also vice chairman of the Stranahan Theater, the Regional Growth Partnership, and Imagination Station. He is past chairman of the Toledo Museum of Art, COSI Toledo, Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, Corporation for Effective Government, Family Services of Northwest Ohio, and the United Way of Greater Toledo’s Annual Campaign. He is a trustee of the Toledo Symphony and the Toledo Community Foundation.
John Bock is the Key Private Bank market president of Florida. In this role, he serves as the market and community leader responsible for managing all of Key Private Bank activities in the state. John manages a local team of Key Private Bank professionals that delivers investment management, financial, trust and estate planning, banking, and credit services to high-net-worth clients.
John has more than fifteen years in the wealth management business. Previously he managed Key Private Bank in Vermont, and prior to that John was in charge of Key Private Bank’s trust group for the Western half of the country. Before joining Key, John formed and was president of a Vermont independent trust company.
John graduated from Castleton State College with a Bachelor of Arts in World Literature and a minor in Philosophy. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Franklin Pierce Law School. He is an Honors Graduate of Cannon Trust School and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).
John lives in Naples with his wife and two daughters.
Darren Schuldheiss is the Market President for Idaho, serving as the senior leader and spokesman for Key’s economic and community development efforts in the market. He also oversees the full range of Key Private Bank services in Idaho.
Darren joined Key Private Bank in 2009 and most recently served as the Director of National Sales, responsible for identifying key drivers for maximizing its growth and success. A member of the Key Private Bank leadership team, he worked closely with senior leaders across KeyCorp to drive partnership and collaboration.
Prior to Key, he served as a Senior Consultant and Northwest Regional Manager for Genworth Financial Wealth Management (previously GE Private Asset Management), where he was responsible for fostering successful partnerships with investment advisors and broker-dealers in the Rockies and Pacific Northwest. His career began with D.A. Davidson & Co., the largest full-service investment firm based in the Northwest.
Darren graduated with honors from the University of Montana, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Active in his community, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Emergency Food Network, United Way – Youth Leadership, and as a member of the House of Delegates for the University of Montana Alumni Association. He resides in Boise, Idaho with his family.
Randi Bellner leads a team of highly credentialed individuals that is focused on delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions. Their expertise includes investment management, banking, trust and estate administration, financial planning, and insurance.
Randi joined Key Private Bank in 2014, having spent almost 25 years working in the financial industry. As Market Manager and a member of the Key Executive Team, he provides sophisticated financial solutions to high net worth individuals, multi-generational families, business owners and executives, and institutions.
Before moving to Key, Randi worked at PNC Bank, where he served in the positions of Market Executive in Michigan and Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Wealth Management in Indiana.
Randi is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Finance. He also attended the University of Toledo for advanced study in Taxation and is a graduate of the Midwest Trust School. Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Randi now lives in Carmel, Indiana, where he serves his community as a Board Member and Secretary for The Center for Performing Arts as well as coaching in the local Youth Soccer league.
Steve is Senior Vice President and Market Manager of Key Private Bank in Maine. He joined Key Private Bank from Bank of America, where he served in a similar capacity for Bank of America in Maine. Prior to that, he was a Senior Client Manager in Bank of America's Commercial Banking group working with business clients with revenues from $25 million to $2 billion.
Steve has an undergraduate degree from Colby College and an MBA from Boston University. Steve sits on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Maine, Piper Shores and Falmouth Youth Soccer. He is also involved in fundraising campaigns for Maine Medical Center and the Nature Conservancy.
Fran O’Rourke is a seasoned financial professional utilizing a comprehensive approach to managing wealth. As a Certified Public Accountant, Elizabeth worked in both private industry as well as with PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 17 Years. Ruth H. Mahoney serves as Market President for Key's Hudson Valley/Metro NY District, and as such is the senior representative and spokeswoman, and leads the organization’s economic and community development efforts. She oversees the full range of Key Private Bank financial services in the nine-county district — Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, Westchester, New York.
Most recently, Mahoney served as the District President of Key's Hudson Valley/Metro NY District, and previously was the Capital Region and Hudson Valley/Metro NY market manager for Key Private Bank, responsible for all of the banking, investment and trust needs of affluent individual clients. She originally joined Key in 1991 as a member of Key's Management Associate Program. She has also worked for Bank of America (formerly Fleet Bank) in Albany, where she served as Private Bank senior vice president and city executive and global wealth management executive.
Mahoney earned her bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing with a minor in communications from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. She formerly held Series 7 and 63 licenses and was a certified trust and financial advisor. She has been honored by the Women's Enterprise Development Corp in 2013, Girls Inc. of Westchester as a Purseonality in 2012, Albany-Colonie Chamber of Commerce's Women's Business Council as a Woman of Excellence (2004), the Business Review as a Forty under 40 award winner (2003), Hope House Funding Corporation as a Circle of Hope recipient (2003), the YWCA of Schenectady as a Woman of Achievement (2009), and the Women’s Fund of the Greater Capital Region Trailblazer Award (2011). She was also a member Marist (Division I) Women’s Basketball Team '87-91 and of the 1987 European Championship Irish National Basketball Team.
An active member of the community, she serves on the board of the Westchester County Association, United Way of Westchester and Putnam, the United Way of New York State and is a member of the New York Bankers Association Retail and Business Banking Executive Committee. A founding member of the Women's Fund of the Greater Capital Region, Mahoney is a former board member of the United Way of Northeastern New York, where she served on the Executive and Finance Committees, St. Pius X School (Loudonville, N.Y.), and Albany Institute of History and Art. She is an alumnus and former co-chair of the Albany-Colonie Chamber of Commerce's Capital Leadership Program.

Brian A. Howard joined KeyBank in May 2012 and is the Key Private Bank Market Manager for the Central New York district, covering the Rochester and Syracuse markets. Brian leads the Key Private Bank teams serving high net worth clients to deliver customized investment management, trust and estate planning, financial planning and banking solutions.
Brian has over 25 years of banking experience. Most recently, he was Managing Director, Market Executive at US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management in Boston. There, Brian led a team of wealth management professionals in one of the largest markets in US Trust.
Prior to that, Brian was Senior Vice President and Central New York City Executive for US Trust Bank of America Private Wealth Management where he led the Syracuse and Rochester Markets. He also served as the Market President for Bank of America in Syracuse. He served in various other roles at Bank of America for a total of 19 years.
Brian earned his MBA from the University of Hartford and his BS in Business Administration from Bryant University. He also maintains a Certified Financial Planner designation.
Community service has played a significant role throughout Brian's career. Locally, he previously served on the boards of Syracuse Stage, The Metropolitan Development Association and the Milton Rubenstein Museum of Science and Technology (MoST). Howard also chaired the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk for the Western Massachusetts chapter and served as chairman of the board of directors for Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Lucia Pileggi is the Key Private Bank Market Manager for Eastern Ohio which includes the Stark County, Summit County, and Mahoning Valley markets. She has been in the financial services field for 23 years, specializing in servicing the high net worth client. In her role, she leads the relationship management and sales efforts of her team of Relationship Managers, Investment Solutions Specialist, and Credit Advisor.
Lucia graduated from The Ohio State University in 1987 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. In addition, she currently holds a Certified Wealth Advisor designation from Greene Consulting. Lucia serves as the Board of Trustee President of the Stark/Wayne American Heart Association, Advisory Board Member of About Magazine, Board Member of Arts in Stark, President of the United Fossaltese Club, and Sustainer Council Vice President for the Junior League of Stark County. In addition, she has been active in Junior Achievement, Mercy Medical Center Fund Development Committee, and the Aultman Hospital Women's Board.
Lucia lives in Canton with her husband Joe, and two children, Sofia and Andrew.
Pat McDonald is Sr. Vice President and Regional Market Manager for Key Private Bank in Southwest Ohio. Pat has been in the financial services field for 30 years, specializing in serving the high net worth market. Ms. McDonald held similar positions with JPMorgan Chase and National City over the last 20 years in Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio. Pat directs the sales efforts of a team of Relationship Managers and Investment Solutions Specialists as well as the client relationship efforts 11 other wealth advisors.
Pat serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Victoria Theatre Association/Arts Center Foundation in Dayton, Ohio the largest arts organization in the Miami Valley. She currently serves on the Grants and Programs Committee of The Dayton Foundation as well as the Board of Trustees of The Kettering Medical Center Foundation.
Pat was a recipient of the 2006 YWCA Women of Influence Award and is a founding member of The Ribbon of Hope Society of the Women's Wellness Fund of Kettering Medical Center Foundation and Honorary Chair of the 2011 Ribbon Luncheon. She is an Honorary Board member of The Dayton Ballet Association.

Gary W. Poth, Senior Vice President, is the Key Private Bank Executive for KeyCorp's East Ohio district, leading all wealth management activities for the Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, and Columbus markets. In his role, Gary leads the Key Private Bank teams serving high net worth clients to deliver customized investment management, trust and estate planning, financial planning and banking solutions.
Prior to his current role, Gary served as the Director of Strategy and Sales for Key Private Bank, where he was responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales as well as for the development of the overall strategic direction of the business.
Before returning to Key in July of 2009, Gary served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Strategy for the Private Client Group at National City Bank and, in an earlier role, as the Chief Financial Officer for National City’s Private Client Group and Allegiant Group. Gary began his banking career in 1995 when he joined Ernst & Young’s consulting practice, where he worked on several KeyBank initiatives. He later joined Key as a Vice President in Operations and worked in the Strategic Consulting Services group. After leaving Key, Gary launched a management consulting practice providing services to the banking industry and several years later joined JP Morgan’s Private Client Group as a Managing Director. Prior to his banking career, Gary served as a naval submarine officer for six years.
Gary graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron and summa cum laude with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas. He serves as a board member and is the Treasurer for the Cleveland Sight Center.

Karen Potopsky leads a team of professionals that advises clients on how to grow and preserve their wealth. These financial experts bring a wealth of expertise in estate planning, trust, investment management, insurance, financial planning, banking, and credit.
Karen entered the financial industry in 1985 with Key in the Corporate Trust Division, where she organized, planned, and controlled the processing of cash dividends and associated tax forms. After two years, she moved into Personal Trust Operations, where she valued securities in two retirement funds and prepared annual reports required by the Securities and Exchange Commission. In 1989, Karen became a Relationship Manager in the Wealth Management Group, in which she provided sophisticated financial solutions to individuals, multi-generational families, and charitable organizations. Karen also worked at the Administrative and Professional Practices Manager of the Risk Review Group and was a member of the Risk Review Group Senior Management Team.
Karen earned her BA and MBA/International Management from Baldwin Wallace College. She is also a graduate of the Ohio Bankers Association Trust Program. David Lundregan is Senior Vice President of Key Private Bank in Central Ohio. David's responsibilities include coordination and oversight of the strategies and tactics to profitably maintain and grow the client base throughout Central Ohio. David has been with KeyBank since 1987. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry including securities brokerage, finance, insurance and banking. He has held numerous sales and management positions, at Key, in brokerage, retail and private banking.
David is very active in the Central Ohio community. He currently is an elected member of The Hilliard City School District School Board. His passion for education is evident by past board positions on Rio Grande University Advisory Board, The Mid Ohio Food Bank, Hilliard Education Foundation and various school bond and operating levy campaigns. David has also served as United Way Chairman for KeyBank in Central Ohio.

An Ohio native, Dave joined Key Private Bank in early 2011 with 20-plus years of experience in the investment and trust industry, including senior leadership positions with two other major financial institutions. Most recently he served as Director of a privately held, multi-family office, where he worked with affluent families, provided family office services, conducted family meetings, and advised on business succession and wealth transfer strategies, in addition to asset allocation and investment monitoring.
Dave holds a degree in business administration from Miami University of Ohio, and is a graduate of the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University and the College for Financial Planning. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER.™
Extremely active in both his community and industry, Dave is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the City Club of Portland, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the University Club of Portland. He is a former trustee of the Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, and the Cincinnati Parks Foundation. Dave has also served on several advisory boards, including for Xavier University and the Estate Planning Council of Greater Cincinnati, and as a mentor for students enrolled in the business college at Miami University. Jeff has over twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry. Jeff was formally a Wealth Management Consultant with UBS working with clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. He also managed a private banking team at Bank of America in Seattle, and led the Merrill Lynch trust team that managed high net worth client relationships throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Jeff has a BA from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, and is very is active in his local community. He is currently a member of the Seattle Estate Planning Council. He is also a trustee at Hyla Middle School, on Bainbridge Island. His past positions include: treasurer of the Seattle Biomedical Research Institute; secretary of the American Red Cross Chapter Serving King and Kitsap Counties; president of the Greenwood Group Home in Seattle, and member of the Washington Planned Giving Council in Seattle.
