Paid Time Off (PTO)

Paid time off to use for vacation, sick and/or personal reasons.

Employees are eligible for paid time off based on their years of service and job grade. For new hires Paid Time Off is prorated based on hire date.

Month of Hire/Eligibility Job Grades 13-20 Job Grades 21-24 and 74-83 Job Grades 84 and Above
1st – 4th anniversary year 15 days 20 days 25 days
5th – 9th anniversary year 20 days 25 days 25 days
10th – 14th anniversary year 25 days 25 days 25 days
15th anniversary year or more 27 days 27 days 27 days
*Based on 40-hour work week

 

Part-Time PTO Allowances
