Key supports teammates by offering the opportunity to spend $500 each year to support their well-being through a Lifestyle Spending Account, giving you more freedom, flexibility, and control.

Overview

This program reimburses eligible employees up to $500 a year for covered lifestyle expenses. You can spend it on whatever matters most to you—whether it’s health, mental wellness, family needs, or finances.

Reimbursable expenses in this program include:

  • Fitness memberships, classes, and equipment
  • Fitness training
  • Nutrition or stress management coaching
  • Weight loss programs
  • Wellness apps
  • Nutrition and cooking classes
  • Yoga, tai chi, and meditation classes
  • Meditation or stress relief apps
  • Massage therapy
  • Child care, elder care, and summer camps
  • Tutoring and academic support programs
  • Student loan or Parent Plus loan payments
  • 529 college savings plan contributions
  • Tax prep
  • Wills and estate planning
  • Credit counseling
  • Commuting parking and public transit costs
