Key Technology Services (KTS) is KeyBank’s shared services organization for technology, operational, and servicing functions supporting business partners and clients across all lines of business.

KTS provides efficient, reliable, and secure technology; creates an effective variable-cost technology delivery model that maximizes the return on IT spend; orchestrates the efficient use of corporate information and technology assets; and supports innovation that creates competitive distinction. The KTS organization includes departments such as Enterprise Technology Services, Enterprise Security Services, Enterprise Data and Analytics Services, Corporate Real Estate Services, AI Engineering, Technology Architecture, Business Risks and Controls, and technology support for KeyBank’s Consumer Bank, Commercial Bank, and Investment Operations.

About the program

The KeyBank Technology Services Rotational Analyst Program will begin with a two-week orientation that will include training in soft skills, technical business software, and line of business specific acumen. The KTS analyst program is 20 months in duration consisting of three rotations.

Rotations in which analysts may be placed include:

Technology Track: KTS Technology Teams deliver innovative technology & solutions based on client need as well as build, design, and improve upon systems and processes in multiple lines of business.

Operations Track: KTS Operational Teams deliver world-class operations solutions and continual process improvements while supporting multiple lines of business.

Cyber/ Information Security Track: Information Security establishes and maintains security policy, standards, and controls that foster confidentiality, integrity, accountability, and availability of Key's systems, networks, and information.

Data and Analytics Track: Data professionals in KTS enable transformation of customer and market data into valuable insights and analytics for various lines of business across the company.

What are we looking for?

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business computer studies or related field
  • A minimum 3.3 GPA (preferred)
  • Relevant work or internship experience
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities
