Expanding Access to Homeownership
[0:00] Josh Lyons, KeyBank: Housing is rising. Salaries are rather stagnant and in Oregon in particular, we have a really big issue with access to affordable housing.
[0:08] Dana Fuller, Arrive: We are here to make sure that people have access to homeownership. We're battling gentrification, urban renewal. We are in a homelessness crisis right now.
[0:19] Josh Lyons, KeyBank: We've had a chance to support them recently with two separate grants, one for $200,000, one for $300,000.
[0:24] Dana Fuller, Arrive: To have funding that goes beyond one year, it allows us to stop for a second and try to look at intentional programming for the people that we're serving.
[0:34] Angel Reyes, KeyBank: Homeownership means security, identity, legacy, and wealth building.
