Myth 1: Mobile Banking is not safe
Key's Mobile Banking†is very safe. To start, we require a user ID and password just to get in. While logged in, the same security protocols that we use with Online Banking are in place. For example, you view account details over a secure connection. Finally, no information is stored on your mobile device, helping to keep your banking information safe if your mobile device is ever lost or stolen.
Myth 2: You can't do much with Mobile Banking
Not true! With Mobile Banking, you can check your account balances and details, make payments to existing payees, transfer money between KeyBank accounts and even find the nearest Key ATM or branch on the go.
Myth 3: Mobile Banking is expensive
Not at KeyBank; there is no fee for our Mobile Banking service. Still, you should check with your wireless carrier since you may be charged Internet access fees if you don't have a data plan.
