GradFin FAQs

Yes. On March 16, 2026, GradFin will join the KeyBank name.

This change will give you access to a broader suite of financial solutions designed to help you save, borrow, and plan for the future. And if you live in one of the 15 states where we have branches, you’ll also be supported by our network of KeyBank branches and experienced bankers.

You may also have access to comprehensive wealth management solutions, including personalized investment strategies and estate planning.

Very little will change. You’ll still have access to the same GradFin consultants and services you’ve always used. Starting March 16, you’ll access the consultation scheduler by visiting key.com and navigating to the Key Student Loan Solutions Center. Please remember to update any GradFin bookmarks you have at that time.

These are complimentary consultations we offer to help you understand certain higher education funding or repayment options. Our team of experts can review your student loan(s), whether you are completing your higher education work, or just getting started. Our team can help with information about obtaining new private student loans or refinancing existing ones, as well as repayment or forgiveness of federal student loan(s) consultation.

Beginning March 16, you’ll book new consultations by visiting key.com and navigating to the Key Student Loan Solutions Center. Please remember to update any GradFin bookmarks you have at that time.
