If KeyBank ever initiates a call or text to you, we will not ask for your log-in credentials, passwords, PIN, or one-time passcode. We’ll also never ask you to send money to yourself via any electronic method such as Zelle, account transfers, or wire payments.

Report Your Card Lost or Stolen Quickly and Securely
Your security is important to us. We have fast, easy ways for you to lock a missing credit card, or report a card lost or stolen.
If You Think You May Be a Victim of Identity Theft, Contact KeyBank Immediately
- To report confirmed fraud or identity theft on your KeyBank account, call 1-800-433-0124.
- To report a lost or stolen KeyBank credit or debit card, call 1-800-539-9056. Dial 711 for TTY/TRS.
If You Believe You’ve Received a Suspicious Email
- Forward the email to reportphish@keybank.com (do not change or retype the subject line).
- Do not open any attachments or click on any links.
- If you opened attachments or clicked on any links, call Online Banking Support at 1-800-539-1539.
