at 12 PM ET with time allotted for Q&A. Dial-in for tips and trends from nationally recognized speakers on business, marketing, leadership, and more.

MARY PURDY MS RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s Degree (2007) in Clinical Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA, where she also completed her year-long dietetic internship. She also earned a certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and has attended more educational conferences/symposiums and seminars than could possibly fit on this page. Her private practice is at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health where she has also been a clinical supervisor in the teaching clinic for the graduate students for the past 5 years. Additionally, she is currently adjunct professor at Bastyr University teaching classes in the nutrition, culinary and naturopathic programs.

Mary regularly provides online detox programs and gives wellness presentations for businesses all over Seattle. She is Past President of the Greater Seattle Dietetic Association, is currently Communications Chair for Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine. She is a regular contributor to KUOW, Seattle’s Public Radio and has been featured on Kiro and Q13 News. Her nutrition columns have been published in the Seattle PI and Northwest Prime Time and she has been quoted and featured in a number of national publications like Prevention, Health, and Today’s Dietitian. She also spent 8 years on Wall Street helping to conduct theater-based diversity and cultural sensitivity training seminars as an actor for a number of Fortune 500 companies. Prior to becoming a nutritionist, she was a full time actor and writer in New York City performing in dozens of plays, musicals, improvisation & sketch comedy groups and hosting variety shows and literary events.
