Sapna Welsh and Caroline Kersten are partners at Leverage HR, where they specialize in global women’s leadership development. Their firm’s programs and coaching have proven to increase the percentage of women leaders and decrease ramp up time. They have worked with organizations from various sectors and nations including: JP Morgan Chase, RaboBank, Deloitte and Touche, KPMG, The Ohio State University, Academy for International Education, and Thyssen Krupp.

Sapna and Caroline are dedicated to increasing the number of women leaders in the talent pipelines of organizations through innovative approaches, such as retaining women during critical professional transitions and fast-tracking women through international work.
