KeyBank CDL provided the acquisition bridge loan; KeyBank Commercial Mortgage Group will arrange a permanent HUD FHA 223(f) loan to pay off the interim bridge loan.
Additional participants in the capital transaction include the San Bernardino County and HUD, extending the term of an existing HAP Contract.
