Summary
On July 21, 2021, KeyBanc Capital Markets (“KBCM") served as buy-side financial advisor to Arcline Investment Management’s (“Arcline”) acquisition of Dwyer Instruments, Inc. (“Dwyer”). Arcline is a growth-oriented, San Francisco-based private equity firm that has developed industry expertise in many areas including industrial technology, infrastructure services, aerospace & defense, medical technology and specialty materials. Dwyer is a technology-oriented manufacturer providing advanced solutions for global HVAC and process automation applications. KBCM was retained as buy-side advisor as a result of its strong relationship with Arcline and unique insight into Dwyer.
