On July 29, 2021, KeyBanc Capital Markets (“KBCM”) successfully advised Pestell Nutrition Inc. (“Pestell” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, on its sale to Barentz International (“Barentz”), a portfolio company of Cinven. Pestell engaged KBCM as its exclusive sell-side advisor based on its strong Specialty Distribution practice, proven M&A execution capabilities and longstanding relationship with Wind Point. The Company, headquartered in New Hamburg, Ontario, is a leading distributor of minerals & feed ingredients, feed additives and specialty pet food ingredients. Barentz is a leading global distributor of life science ingredients and specialty chemicals based in The Netherlands.
