Summary
In November 2021, KeyBank Dealer Finance closed on a financing package with The BMW Store located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The package includes floorplan financing to support inventory needs and real estate financing. KeyBank offered superior terms and structure, which allowed us to grow with a valued new client. In addition to credit, KeyBank also provided a full suite of depository, treasury management and other banking services to support the dealership's needs.
For the past four decades, The BMW Store has built a community often not found at what you would consider – a car dealership. For owner C. Thomas Schwartz, it was imperative to share his enthusiasm for the BMW brand with others, benchmarked with an incomparable customer experience. That methodology continues today.
The BMW Store has grown to over 100 employees and 90,000 square feet of building on 8 acres including 2 two-story showrooms and 35 service bays.
