Summary

On March 10, 2019, KeyBanc Capital Markets (“KBCM”) successfully closed the $250 million Revolving Credit Facility in relation to the University of Iowa (“UI” or the “University”) Energy Concession Project (the “Project”). Meridiam and Engie (the “Investors”) acquired the Project on the same day for an upfront concession price of $1,165 million. KBCM served as Joint Lead Arranger and Joint Bookrunner on the Revolving Credit Facility and KeyBank National Association serves as Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent and Depository Agent.
