Alan Williams

Alan Williams is an Executive Vice President and Head of Key Commercial Investor Services. He is responsible for overseeing all loan servicing and asset management activities across the firm’s commercial real estate servicing platform. He leads a large portfolio of off‑balance‑sheet commercial real estate loans and named special servicing engagements.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, Alan has held senior leadership roles spanning special servicing, asset management, underwriting, and capital markets. His expertise includes CMBS (fixed and floating), agency lending, institutional third‑party accounts, non‑performing asset management, and securitization, including rating agency analysis, b‑piece negotiations, and investor engagement. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with banks, agency lenders, investment banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, and bond investors to drive portfolio performance and client growth.

Prior to joining KeyBank in 2006, Alan held roles at PNC, where he worked across capital markets servicing and originations, developing deep experience in commercial real estate debt and structured finance.

Alan holds a dual major in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa.
