Aditya Nair

Aditya Nair joined KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) in 2026 as part of the Technology Investment Banking practice in New York, where he focuses on leading mergers and acquisitions advisory engagements. He brings more than 15 years of investment banking and financial advisory experience and has advised on more than $25 billion of public and private M&A transactions across a broad range of corporate and financial sponsor clients.

Prior to joining KBCM, Aditya was a Senior Vice President at Jefferies LLC, where he spent more than 12 years in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions group.

Aditya holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BA from Wesleyan University.
