Renn Anderson

Renn Anderson joined KeyBanc Capital Markets through its acquisition of Pacific Crest Securities and has spent the last seven years in the Equity Capital Markets group. Renn joined Pacific Crest in 2008 as a member of the investment banking team. He has participated in the execution of over 130 public offerings raising more than $68 billion. Renn’s recent public offering experience includes Alibaba Group, Amber Road, Appian, Arista Networks, Bandwidth, Borderfree, Box, Cardlytics, Criteo, Everbridge, ForeScout, GTT Communications, Guidewire, HubSpot, Opower, Paycom, Rapid7, Sailpoint, SendGrid, Wayfair and Zendesk, among others. He received his BS in Business Administration, summa cum laude, and graduated from the Lundquist College of Business Honors Program at the University of Oregon.
