Andrew Lucca

Andrew Lucca is Executive Vice President and National Manager of KeyBank’s Income Property Group (IPG), where he leads a national team delivering capital and banking solutions to owners of multifamily, retail, office, self-storage, student housing, and industrial real estate.

Andrew joined KeyBank in 2005 and has held several leadership roles within IPG, including Senior Banker, Team Leader, and Regional Executive for the Western U.S. In his Senior Banker and Regional Executive roles, he played a key role in rebuilding the bank’s presence in Southern California beginning in 2010. He brings 29 years of banking experience, including five years at Bank of America across retail banking, private banking, and commercial real estate lending. Earlier in his career, he served as a relationship manager at U.S. Bank, where he helped launch the real estate lending operation in Phoenix, Arizona.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona and has completed Cornell University’s Managing for Execution certification and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) Future Leaders Program.
