Anthony J. Bulic

Tony Bulic is responsible for fund structuring, accounting, treasury, financial reporting, fund operations, and tax for the Fund, and finance and accounting for RL Partners. Mr. Bulic has significant experience in portfolio analytics, modeling, pricing, and structuring. He is a member of the Board of Managers.

Mr. Bulic is CMBS Pricing, Hedging and Analytics Manager for the Real Estate Capital group at KeyBank and has over 35 years of capital markets, finance, and accounting experience. From 2019 through 2023, he was the Program Owner for the successful LIBOR Transition Project for KeyCorp. Prior to his current role, Mr. Bulic’s responsibilities included directing qualitative and quantitative analysis, managing the macroeconomic and commercial real estate Market Research Team, and distributing of structured product transactions including term ABS issuance and structured warehouse lending transactions. Prior to joining KeyCorp, Mr. Bulic was a senior accountant with Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Bulic received a B.S. in Accounting from Bowling Green State University and an MBA through the Executive MBA program from Cleveland State University. Mr. Bulic is a CFA charter holder.
