Will Brewster is a Director focused on identifying and executing strategic transactions for hospital and health system clients. Will joined Cain Brothers in 2025 and has over 10 years of experience in healthcare mergers, acquisitions, and financings. His clients have included academic medical centers, not-for-profit health systems, community hospitals, and both publicly traded and privately owned healthcare providers.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Will was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where he led the health system M&A practice.
Education
Will earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Amherst College.
