Dan Baker is responsible for creating and executing the investment strategies for the Fund and KIM. Mr. Baker is the Co-Chair of the Board of Managers and is an Investment Committee member.
Mr. Baker is also an Executive Vice President at KeyBank Real Estate Capital(R), leading Key’s real estate debt capital markets team and serves as a member of KeyBank’s Executive Council. He has over 30 years of real estate capital markets experience. Prior to his current role, he served as the CMBS Program Manager for KeyBank Real Estate Capital, responsible for implementing and executing the commercial mortgage group's commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) strategy, including loan screening, structuring, pricing, and securitization.
Mr. Baker earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Rockhurst University. He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, ICSC, NMHC, and CREFC.
