Dan Gold is a Vice President focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for clients for hospitals and health systems. Dan joined Cain Brothers in 2019 and has over 6 years of nonprofit and public finance experience. His notable transactions include advising Trinity Health on the sale of its membership interest in Gateway Health Plan to Highmark Health and its acquisition of a majority interest in Premier Health Consultants, MultiCare Health System’s acquisition of Capital Medical Center from LifePoint Health, and Quorum Health Corporation’s divestiture of Watsonville Community Hospital to Halsen Healthcare.
Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Dan worked at Accenture as a Manager in the Health & Public Service group and was a 2013 Chicago Corps member with Teach For America.
Dan earned a BS from the University of Illinois and an MPP from the University of Chicago.
