Elena Gorelik is a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM), which she joined in 2011. Based in New York, she has over 20 years of financial advisory experience in a range of corporate finance activities, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, high-yield offerings, senior debt offerings, public equity offerings, and advisory services.
Prior to joining KBCM, she worked at Wells Fargo Securities, where she focused on Equity Capital Markets. Elena also worked at Raymond James & Associates, first in the TMT group, then as part of a team that helped start the Financial Sponsors Group at the firm.
Elena earned her BA from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
