Gregg Lane

Gregg Lane is a Managing Director with KeyBank Real Estate Capital’s Institutional Real Estate Group, where he leads teams that develop debt capital structures for public REITs, private real estate companies, and institutional private equity funds. He has more than 25 years of experience structuring, syndicating, and managing customized senior corporate credit facilities, structurally subordinated debt, backstop facilities, and bridge loans designed to meet the unique needs of growing and transitioning real estate companies. Working with partners across KeyBank Real Estate Capital, these solutions may incorporate the securitization market, agency mortgage placement, and the public equity and debt markets.

Prior to joining KeyBank in 2004, Gregg served as a Vice President with Fleet Bank’s Structured Real Estate Group. He graduated summa cum laude from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and later earned a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College.
