Mike McMahon

Mike McMahon is a Managing Director and Head of the Industrial Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets, with over 25 years of financial advisory experience. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions, debt capital markets and equity capital markets engagements, advising a broad range of clients, including publicly held, private equity-owned, and tightly held private businesses. Notable clients include Eaton Corporation, Parker Hannifin, Applied Technologies Industries, The Timken Company, Ryerson, Materion, Park-Ohio Corporation, Enpro, Inc. and Kenan Advantage Group. Prior to joining KeyBanc Capital Markets, Mike was a Senior Associate at Harris Williams & Co., where he provided mergers & acquisitions advisory services.

Mike holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Additionally, Mike has been actively involved in community and educational leadership, serving as the Board Chair, Chairman Emeritus and current Board Member for United Cerebral Palsy of Cleveland, and formerly as a Board Member for the Notre Dame College Athletic Advisory Board.
