Jason Black joined KeyBanc Capital Markets in 2006. He has more than 12 years of investment banking experience in the Technology sector, focusing on Debt Capital Markets, M&A and private capital. Prior to KBCM, Jason was an analyst at Delafield Hambrecht, where he focused on M&A, private placement and public offerings for Technology, Biotechnology and Consumer clients. Between Delafield and KBCM, he was an analyst for LOUD Technologies, working directly with the CFO to manage an acquisition and the associated debt financing. Recent transactions include advising Epiq Systems on its acquisition of Iris Data Services, providing acquisition financing for Amber Road, and advising Memeo in its sale to UNICOM Systems. He holds a BA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, cum laude, with a concentration in Finance.
