Matthew Ruark

Matt Ruark leads investment originations via KeyBank’s national origination platform for the Fund. Mr. Ruark is a member of the Board of Managers. He leads nationwide teams with direct client relationships, which are expected to drive significant investment opportunities for the Fund.

Mr. Ruark is also a Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial and Healthcare Mortgage Production in the Real Estate Capital Market group at KeyBank and has nearly 30 years of experience in the commercial mortgage banking industry. As a Mortgage Production Team Leader, he oversees multiple teams of mortgage bankers and analysts who work with KeyBank’s corporate real estate offices nationwide to originate debt investment opportunities.

Mr. Ruark earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska (majoring in Finance and minoring in Mathematics) and an MBA from Rockhurst University (with a dual focus in Finance and Marketing). He currently serves on the Board of the NIC. He has previously served on the boards of the Olathe Kansas Economic Development Council, The Northeast Industrial Association, and the Kansas City Industrial Council.
