Carlos Quinteros

Carlos Quinteros is a Managing Director in the Oil & Gas group at KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM). He delivers strategic advice and lending products to midstream oil & gas clients. Carlos has advised senior executives, Board of Directors and owners of both private and public companies in matters ranging from traditional corporate finance and capital planning, strategic capital formation for acquisitions, financing for healthy midstream companies and rescue financing for distressed situations.

Prior to joining KBCM in May of 2021, Prior to joining KBCM in May 2021, Carlos spent eight years at Natixis Corporate & Investment Bank as a Managing Director and Head of Energy Structured Finance, after serving six years as a Managing Director and Corporate & Investment Bank Team Manager. Carlos began his career with ABB Lummus Global’s engineering team in Houston, Texas, where he performed various tasks as a Process Engineer for three years.

Carlos earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from Houston Baptist University. He also served as a Specialist in the United States Army Reserves. Mr. Quinteros holds the Series 79 and 63 securities licenses.
