Rishi is a Director focused on mergers and acquisitions and growth equity financing transactions for clients in the health tech sector with a particular focus across areas of provider tech, payor tech, and digital health. Rishi has over 12 years of experience advising both public and private companies in a variety of transactions across healthcare services and technology.
Prior Experience
Rishi joined the firm in 2025 from Oppenheimer, where he served as an Executive Director. Prior to Oppenheimer, Rishi was a member of Deutsche Bank and UBS’ healthcare investment banking groups.
Education
Rishi earned a BS in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Northeastern University.
