Jonah joined Cain Brothers (KeyBanc Capital Markets) in 2012 and has over 10 years of experience advising companies in the healthcare sector. His notable transactions include the sale of Cranial Technologies (a portfolio Company of BPOC) to Eurazeo, the sale of Retina Consultants of Michigan to Midwest Vision Partners (a portfolio Company of Alpine Investors), the sales of Colorado Retina Associates, North Carolina Retina Associates, VitreoRetinal Surgery, Retina Consultants of Houston, and Retina Group of Florida to Retina Consultants of America (a portfolio Company of Webster Equity Partners), the sale of Excellis Health Solutions to NNIT, the sale of Citra Health Solutions (a portfolio Company of Great Point Partners) to Cedar Gate Technologies (a portfolio Company of GTCR), the recapitalization of New York Bariatric Group with Sentinel Capital Partners, and the sale of Florida Autism Center (a portfolio Company of Shore Capital) to BlueSprig Pediatrics (a portfolio Company of KKR).
